Investors Title Insurance Company is seeking a dynamic, strategic and proactive business development professional to join their Orlando office team. The Business Development Representative will strive to develop and retain a client base of residential real estate agents and brokers, lenders, builders, agents, attorneys by acquiring new business and growing relationships. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be communicative, organized and goal oriented while having a strong understanding of the market and our competition.

Position Highlights:
Developing and executing sales plans and strategies
Generating leads, cold calling and other sales activities to acquire new clients
Assess individual client needs
Create, adapt and deliver group and individual presentations to target customers and clients
Maintain visibility in the market area by attending real estate industry functions and participating in community and real estate events
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of successful sales/business development experience in the residential title/real estate industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated track record of excellent client service
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Completion of a 4-year college degree or equivalent training and experience
Willing to travel 50% of the time with 10% overnight travel
